Milwaukee County has closed its investigation of corruption in Scott Walker's office while he was Milwaukee County Executive, and now Gov. Walker's really getting started, hoping to expand a school vouchers program that doesn't even deliver results, and plotting a massive tax cut for the rich that he's of course calling a "middle-class" tax cut. Memo to Wisconsin Democrats: how about maybe nominating someone other than Tom Barrett in 2014?

Swiss voters approve tough executive pay rules, capping bonuses and giving shareholders more power to set executive salaries. Yikes, I've only been asking that we give shareholders non-binding power to set executive salaries here, figuring that even a small percentage of unhappy shareholders can gum up the works. I guess I need to be more aggressive.
