Just one question for the Useful Idiots for al-Qaeda who want to try the New York Times for treason over the international bank monitoring story: if terrorists avoid international banks more and more as time goes on (per the Treasury Under-Secretary's testimony to Congress in 2004 and also per common sense), then to what degree might the government be using terrorism as an excuse to investigate and harass its political enemies, and why shouldn't the Times prompt that question, however obliquely? Y'all will be raising exactly that question when Hillary Clinton is your President.
The recent North Korean missile firings remind us of what, gang? They remind us that George W. Bush is an abject coward, who only invades countries that can't hurt the United States. Note well his long-held insistence that this imbroglio must have a diplomatic solution. Note, also, his recent change in tone over Iran, which happened after being repeatedly out-shouted and out-bullied by an even bigger jerk, Mr. Ahmedinejad. My mother always told me that bullies were themselves insecure, but I wish that wisdom gave me more comfort now.
