errata.

On Thursday, I said Jim McGovern had already introduced a bill to halt spending toward the war in Iraq. In fact, he did not introduce the bill until Friday. Please make a note of it.

The bill is H.R. 4232 if you want to look it up on thomas. H.R. 4232 has a dozen co-sponsors, who are mostly stalwart anti-war Democrats.
