Another day, another crap story from the "liberal" media about Social Security "running out of money" in 20 years. Remember that the big corporations want to steal our Social Security -- and the "liberal" media are big corporations now.
The Romney/Ryan plan to destroy Medicare would make current 54-year-old seniors pay, on average, $60,000 more over the course of their retirement, according to the Center for American Progress; younger folks would, of course, pay more than that. Why don't Democrats call this "the real rationing" and/or "the real death panel"? It can't just be out of politeness.
Meanwhile, in Indiana, Democrats are actually being "impolite": they're running ads showing Senate candidate Richard Mourdock (R) saying Medicare and Social Security are unconstitutional. Mr. Mourdock, naturally, whines that they're "distorting the truth" by quoting what he said.
Finally, R.I.P, Neil Armstrong. I may be starting to feel old.
