The Daily Show excoriates CNN (and, to a lesser extent, Fox News) for getting the Supreme Court health care ruling exactly wrong. I hope the CNN brand suffers horribly, but I also don't want to hear all the hand-wringing CNN punditoids will do. How did we screw up? Dunno -- maybe because you're greedy?
Several alleged conservatives now think John Roberts is a liberal because he ruled to uphold the health care law. This is how the right wing moves politics further rightward, so that one day they can get an actual rabid raccoon appointed to the Supreme Court. And they'll call that raccoon a liberal after he bites Sam Alito! Also, memo to Ben Shapiro: don't front about George W. Bush; you sucked up to him every chance you got during Tha Bush Mobb's heyday.
News Corp. plans to split into two corporations. One will comprise its highly-profitable "entertainment operations," and the other will comprise its significantly-less profitable publishing businesses. And yes, Fox News Channel apparently counts as "entertainment" to Mr. Murdoch. So sayeth the Wall Street Journal, soon to be banished to the other corporation.
UPDATE. More right-wing reactions to John Roberts's "betrayal" here. I find the second twittering from Ben Shapiro (a "butterfly"?) completely incomprehensible.
